These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations (no. 2) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows โ regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015.
