Notice is hereby given under section 10A(6)(b) of the act that the scheme hereinafter set forth was approved by the Attorney General on 27 March 2017. The terms of the charitable trust established by the will of Cyril James Merrison dated 18 August 1983 be varied to substitute East Metropolitan Health Service for the Director of Mental Health Services as trustee for the benefit of the residents of Jacaranda House.
