This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005. It inserts clause 6A regarding conditions applying to certain exemptions under cl. 4, specifically concerning life support equipment. Exempt suppliers must maintain a register of properties with residents requiring life support equipment and notify retailers.
