This order amends the Electricity Industry (Caravan Park Operators) Exemption Order 2005. It inserts clause 7 regarding conditions of exemption for life support equipment, requiring caravan park operators to maintain a register of sites with residents requiring life support equipment and to notify retailers. Operators must not interrupt electricity supply without notice and must pass on relevant information to occupiers.
