Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Depuch Island Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Depuch Island. The boundary of the Depuch Island protected area consists of Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 63937. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Depuch Island Rock Engraving Site Protected Area Order 1973 is revoked.
