Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Willigulli Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Willigulli. The boundary of the Willigulli protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 426240. The Willow Gully Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
