It is hereby notified for public information that the governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the interpretation act 1984, has approved the following temporary appointment. Hon dr a. d. buti mla to act temporarily in the office of minister for energy; environment; climate action in the absence of the hon r. r. whitby mla for the period 23 to 28 january 2024 (both dates inclusive). This notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in government gazette no.172 of 22 december 2023.
