Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 4 january 2020 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him/her care of irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville, western australia 6007 by 5 october 2020 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
