Made by the person holding or performing the functions of the office of the Minister, as delegate of the Western Australian Fisheries Joint Authority, under section 43. This instrument is the Prohibition on Fishing (Lalang-garram / Horizontal Falls Marine Park) Joint Authority Order 2021. A person fishing in a Joint Authority fishery must not fish in a Sanctuary area; or by means of demersal gillnet in a Special Purpose area (recreation and conservation).
