I, Alistair Jones, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, pursuant to section 20 of the Act, delegate to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, State-wide Delivery, Director, Industry Regulation; Executive Director, Assurance; Director, Operations Compliance and Enforcement; and Executive Director, Green Energy all my powers and duties other than this power of delegation under section 59A of the Act. Delegation No. 149 dated 25 March 2020 is revoked.
