Made under the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 section 2(1)(d)(i) and (e) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the swan valley planning act 2020 commencement proclamation 2021. The swan valley planning act 2020, other than part 1 and sections 53 to 55, 62 and 103, comes into operation on 1 august 2021.
