These regulations are the public health amendment regulations (no. 2) 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 august 2021. These regulations amend the public health regulations 2017. In regulation 3 in the table insert in alphabetical order: human coronavirus with pandemic potential, invasive group a streptococcal disease (igas), respiratory syncytial virus (rsv).
