In the matter of the estate of daphne gale leopardi, late of 29 gardner street, como, western australia, and formerly 32 grassy view, gidgegannup, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person who died on the 16th august 2023, are required by the administrators of this estate, andrew christopher leopardi and simon peter leopardi, 24 carawatha avenue, mount nasura, wa 6112, to send particulars of their claims to the administrators within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrators then have notice.
