In the matter of the estate of daphne gale leopardi, late of [contact details redacted], and formerly [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased person who died on the 16th august 2023, are required by the administrators of this estate, andrew christopher leopardi and simon peter leopardi, [contact details redacted] 6112, to send particulars of their claims to the administrators within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the administrators may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the administrators then have notice.
