These regulations are the environmental protection regulations amendment (prohibited plastics and balloons) regulations 2022. These regulations come into operation as follows: part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette (gazettal day); part 3 — on 1 july 2022; part 4 — on 1 october 2022; the rest of the regulations — on the day after gazettal day.
