Order made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 17(6a) of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. Excises a portion of land from Timber Reserve 173/25, approximately six kilometres south-east of Donnybrook, comprising Lot 501 on Deposited Plan 406747. The excision is to facilitate the realignment of a portion of South Western Highway, as requested by Main Roads Western Australia.
