Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 17th day of october 2016, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him/her care of clement & co, lawyers, unit 2, [contact details redacted] 13th day of february 2017, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
