Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 april 2024, are required by the executor andrew james campbell, [contact details redacted] 6060 to send particulars of their claims to him by the date being one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
