Anthony Thomas Bullen, Acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 3 February 2015 and published in the Government Gazette dated 13 February 2015 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 1 February 2023.
