These regulations are the community protection (offender reporting) amendment regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 december 2018. These regulations amend the community protection (offender reporting) regulations 2004. In regulation 3 delete the definition of registered nurse and insert: registered nurse means a person registered under the health practitioner regulation national law (western australia) in the nursing profession whose name is entered on division 1 of the register of nurses kept under that law as a registered nurse;
