It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Cuballing Local Planning Scheme amendment on 11 September 2023 for the purpose of deleting and replacing scheme text, modifying scheme contents and R-codes, adding and deleting land use terms and definitions, updating land use definitions, and inserting aims into the scheme.
