Notice is hereby given that the sum of $9599.81 has been owing to the Shire of Cuballing for a period of 3 years for rates/service charges in respect of the land on being Lot 30 on Deposited Plan 110091 with Folio 198 Volume 380. The local government has taken possession of the land pursuant to Section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995 and in accordance with that section intends to; (b) revest back to the State (Crown).
