Made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 544 of the Act. This order is the Mental Health Service (Approval to Perform Electroconvulsive Therapy) Amendment Order 2025. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. This order amends the Mental Health (Approval to Perform Electroconvulsive Therapy) Order (No 2) 2018.
