Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 29 july 2024, are required by the executors, benjamin richard chaisty and lara ashleigh chaisty, to send particulars of their claims to lewis kitson lawyers within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
