Exempts Triple J Tours vessels from certain speed restrictions on Lake Kununurra between Diversion Dam and the Lake Argyle Dam, subject to conditions including safe operation and adherence to a risk matrix. The exemption is valid until 1 August 2025 and revokes the previous instrument WAMA-2022-205639.
