Exempts wa disabled water ski club vessels towing disabled water skiers from compliance with certain speed restrictions under the navigable waters regulations 1958 and speed restriction notices for mangles bay and point walter. Subject to conditions including a maximum speed of 12 knots and adherence to standard operating procedures. Revokes instrument wamaโ2021โ204596 and is valid until 1 august 2025.
