It is hereby notified for public information that the temporary appointment by the governor, in accordance with section 12(c) of the Interpretation Act 1984, of the Hon R H Cook MLA to act temporarily in the office of premier; treasurer; minister for public sector management; federal-state relations in the absence of the Hon M Mcgowan MLA for the period 6 to 8 April 2021 (both dates inclusive), has been cancelled. This notice supersedes acting arrangements relating to the above office that were published in government gazette no. 62 of 7 April 2021.
