Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Alan Conway, deceased, who died on 4 August 2024, are required by the executor, Trent Mark Petherick, Petherick Cottrell Pty Ltd trading as Petherick Cottrell Lawyers, c/- 60 Pinjarra Road, Mandurah WA 6210, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
