Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 48a of the navigable waters regulations 1958, the department by this notice temporarily cancels notice ma410 as published in the government gazette on 27th november 2012 and hereby close the belmont water ski area for water skiing from 3:00 pm on sunday 26th january 2020 until 8:00 am on monday 27th january 2020. Notice ma410 as published in the government gazette on 27th november 2012 will be reinstated as of 8:00 am monday 27th january 2020.
