Take notice that Josephine Sacino of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, the executor of the estate of Valerie Joan Robertson, formerly of 9/[contact details redacted] Buckley Caring Centre, [contact details redacted] Western Australia, date of death 14 October 2021 ("the Deceased"), intends to distribute the estate of the Deceased one month after the date of this notice. Any creditors and/or other persons having a claim against the estate of the Deceased should send full particulars of their claim to HFM LEGAL, [contact details redacted] that period, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
