Take notice that Josephine Sacino the executor of the estate of Joan Ethel Craddock, who died on 20 September 2022, formerly of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, late of Regents Garden Aubin Grove, [contact details redacted] Western Australia ("the Deceased"), intends to distribute the estate of the Deceased one month after the date of this notice. Any creditors and/or other persons having a claim against the estate of the Deceased should send full particulars of their claim to HFM LEGAL, [contact details redacted] that period, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
