Take notice that Josephine Sacino the executor of the estate of Joan Ethel Craddock, who died on 20 September 2022, formerly of 34 Grenadier Drive, Thornlie, in the State of Western Australia, late of Regents Garden Aubin Grove, 248 Lyon Road, Aubin Grove, in the State of Western Australia ("the Deceased"), intends to distribute the estate of the Deceased one month after the date of this notice. Any creditors and/or other persons having a claim against the estate of the Deceased should send full particulars of their claim to HFM LEGAL, PO Box 1, Maddington, Western Australia, 6989, before the expiration of that period, after which the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
