These regulations amend the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Hydraulic Fracturing) Regulations 2017. Includes definitions for Dampier Peninsula hydraulic fracturing ban area, moratorium area, moratorium period, and public drinking water source area. Defines existing petroleum authority area. Amends regulation 4 to include the Dampier Peninsula hydraulic fracturing ban area, a national park, and a public drinking water source area.
