Amends the Shire of Capel Cats Local Law 2017.

Under the powers conferred on it by the Cat Act 2011, the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other enabling powers, the Council of the Shire of Capel resolved on 25 July 2018 to make this local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Capel Cats Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law commences 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Shire of Capel Cats Local Law 2017 published in the Government Gazette on 9 October 2017.
