In the estate of the late Freda Draper, formally of Bethanie Waters [contact details redacted] Port Kennedy W.A. 6172, late of 10/2 Edmonds Cove Safety Bay Western Australia 6169, retired farmers wife who died on the 3rd August 2019. Creditors and claimants (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) are requested by the executor, Brian Alan Draper of [contact details redacted] Safety Bay W.A. 6169, to send particulars of their claims within 30 days after which the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
