Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 15 july 2019 at greenfields, are required by the executor david frank pickett c/- max owens & co of [contact details redacted] 6230 to send particulars of their claims to him by one month from the date of this advertisement, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
