Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found deceased on 25 december 2023, are required by the personal representative kathleen maud beerling of c/- luna legal group of [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to her by 17 september 2024, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she has then been given notice.
