Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was last seen alive on 16 november 2020 and his body was discovered on 19 november 2020, are required by the executor to send particulars of their claims to formbys, the solicitors for the executor, at po box 369, south perth, wa 6951 by thursday, 30 september 2021, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate of the late james anderson, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
