In accordance with Section 45 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 20 June 2022 resolved to repeal the following rules of racing within the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2019, RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 and RWWA Rules of Greyhound Racing 2022: Mandatory Vaccination (Thoroughbred)—Local Rule (LR) 13B, (Harness)—Local Rule (LR) 91A, (Greyhounds)—Local Rule (LR) 46L (Formerly (LR) 15M).
