In the matter of the estate of William Harold Ridley late of 26 Jenark Way, Kewdale in Western Australia, survey hand, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 January 2022, are required by the administrator of care of Fort Knox Legal, P.O. Box 390, West Perth, WA 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by one month from the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
