Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969, an application has been received from apa operations pty limited for a licence to construct and operate a pipeline for the conveyance of petroleum. A map showing the proposed route of the pipeline may be examined during public office hours until 7th november 2025 at the department of mines, petroleum and exploration, 1st floor mineral house, 100 plain street, east perth wa 6004; the kalgoorlie office located at cnr hunter and broadwood streets, west kalgoorlie wa 6430; or the department of mines, petroleum and exploration website.
