These regulations are the transport (country taxi-cars fares) amendment regulations 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows β (a) regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations β on 22 may 2017. These regulations amend the transport (country taxi-cars fares) regulations 1991. In schedule 1 division 7 after the item for βcall out feeβ insert: airport fee (for a journey starting at the terminal at the port hedland international airport) $2.00
