Pursuant to powers delegated under the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, declared under Section 22A of the Bush Fires Act 1954, a total fire ban for 12 August 2026 for the local government districts of Karratha and Port Hedland.

Amends the Bush Fires (Restricted Burning Times) Notice 2012 by setting new restricted burning times for the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley from 1 April to 31 December.
Appoints Fire Weather Officers for the Shire of Kulin and cancels all previous appointments.
Appoints William John Dillon as Fire Weather Officer for the Shire of Gnowangerup and cancels all previous appointments.
Adjusts the boundaries of fire districts to correspond with areas shown on Landgate deposited plans.
