It is notified for public information that the Governor, in Executive Council, under the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899 section 44A(1)(a), appointed the following with effect on and from 14 August 2026— David Anthony Edward Scaife MLA as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for State Development; Economic Diversification; Finance; Electoral Affairs; Goldfields-Esperance. Hugh Trevor Jones MLA as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government; Disability Services; Veterans; Volunteering; Youth; Gascoyne.
