Pursuant to regulation 76(2) of the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014, Peter Woronzow, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure, specifies that the listed persons and bodies are exempt from paying the fee for taking or resitting a theory test. This notice revokes and replaces RTADR–2026-208451, published on 13 March 2026.
