These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment (Gifts) Regulations 2019. They amend the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Local Government (Audit) Regulations 1996, and Local Government (Rules of Conduct) Regulations 2007, prescribing amounts relating to gifts and excluded gifts.
