These regulations are the Local Government Regulations Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2023. They amend the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 and the Local Government (Constitution) Regulations 1998. They deal with classes of local governments, districts that cannot be divided into wards, fees paid to committee members, and other administrative matters.
