Made by the chief dangerous goods officer under s 27(1) of the Dangerous Goods Safety Act 2004. This notice may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Safety Appointment Notice (No. 1) 2019. I appoint the following person to be a dangerous goods officer— (i) Ben Croser (ii) Luke van Baaren
