It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Bruce Rock Town Planning Scheme amendment on 21 June 2017 for the purpose of modifying Table 1, inserting a new clause 5.8.5, and rezoning Lots 26-31 and 56-60 Butcher Street, Bruce Rock.
