The council of the Shire of Bruce Rock resolved to make the Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law amends the Shire of Bruce Rock Animals, Environment and Nuisance Local Law 2016, published in the Government Gazette No. 23 on 25 January 2017. Amendments include inserting definitions, replacing words, deleting and inserting clauses related to refrigerators and prescribed offences.
