The cocos island co-operative society ltd (the co-operative) was registered with effect on and from 6 september 2017 pursuant to section 24 of the co-operatives act 2009 (cki) (the act). Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 26(1)(a) of the act that the co-operative was issued a certificate of registration on the date of this notice.
