Creditors and persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the of the deceased, who died at Bethesda Hospital, Queenslea Drive, Claremont in the State of Western Australia on 3 march 2019, are required by the executrix, Julie Ann Weekes of [contact details redacted] 6152, to send particulars of their claims within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice to her, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
